Discovering My Significance
In this workshop, we will get to know each other by allowing participants to share their stories. We will explore the different stages of their lives, with a focus on their current stage and any emotional difficulties they may be facing. Our goal is to help them find value and meaning in who they identify as now. In this workshop, we will also incorporate mindfulness techniques centered around acceptance.
